Spencer Clarke Group is currently recruiting for an AAT Qualified Semi Senior Accountant/Account Manager to join a modern, flexible, and forward-thinking accountancy firm.

Our client has offices in London and Sheffield, and this role is for their small but growing Sheffield team.

This role offers hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

We are looking for someone who is AAT qualified with experience in an accountancy practice to work closely with a busy portfolio of clients.

The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, ambitious, and capable of working autonomously without micro-management.

Experience with Xero is preferred, as all clients are Xero-based. Training will be provided to become a Xero certified advisor.
