Job summary

East Surrey College is seeking an AAT Lecturer to join our team. You will plan and deliver engaging learning programmes, guide students through their educational journey, and contribute to the continued development of our accountancy programmes.

Working hours: 9:00 to 17:00 (Monday and Friday) and 17:00 to 21:00 (Tuesday and Thursday evenings)

• A relevant degree or equivalent industrial or professional qualification.


• Experience of teaching in Further Education and delivering BTEC programmes.


• Knowledge of current developments in the FE/Adult curriculum.


• A strong understanding of teaching, learning and assessment within FE.


• A track record of success in teaching and experience of relevant curriculum delivery.


• A commitment to Equality & Diversity, Safeguarding and continuous professional development.
