Menzies LLP is recruiting for its AAT Level 3–4 Apprenticeship programme based at the Solent Office. You’ll join Audit & Assurance or Outsourced Accounting Services to gain commercial insights and develop through the programme, with potential progression to ACA studies after qualification.

We look for collaborative, detail-focused individuals with 2 A-levels and 5 GCSEs, strong numeracy, and clear communication. A fast-tracked career path and comprehensive development await.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 x A levels (A-C) and one other A level or equivalent.
• 5 GCSEs grades A*-C or 9-4 including Maths and English Language or equivalent.
• Able to absorb new information and adapt quickly.

The AAT Programme

You will be based in either Audit & Assurance or Outsourced Accounting Services department where you'll gain valuable commercial insights into how organisations operate and the challenges they face. Your responsibilities will grow as you progress through the programme. Your career with Menzies doesn't just stop once you complete your AAT qualification, you can be given the opportunity to progress onto further studies, such as the 3‑year ACA qualification.
