We are looking for a highly organised and professional apprentice to join our client’s team. This role offers hands-on experience while working towards an AAT Accounting Apprenticeship—a fantastic first step into the world of finance.
Key Responsibilities:

Organising, printing, and filing invoices and statements
Managing supply chain inquiries efficiently
Acting as the primary point of contact for supply chain partners
Providing remittance advice and handling payment-related queries
Communicating with supply chain partners via phone, email, and post
Processing payments (faster payments, cheques, credit card transactions)
Reconciling petty cash and tracking outstanding payments
Performing bank reconciliations
Maintaining professionalism while building relationships with internal and external stakeholdersKey Skills & Attributes:
