As the purchase ledger assistant, you will be responsible for a broad spectrum of activities including:

• Processing purchase invoices, including matching, checking, and coding invoices
• Performing analysis work, including the use of spreadsheets
• Assisting with reconciliations to support monthly management accounting activities, ensuring that bank transactions match invoices received
• Resolving queries with suppliers related to payments
• Reconciliations of credit card statements and general ledger transactions
• Other ad hoc finance admin tasks
• Building strong relationships with other teams across the business
