Job summary

Reed Practice in Essex is recruiting an AAT qualified Accountant to join a close-knit, long-established firm. You will prepare year end and management accounts, as well as personal tax returns, using Xero and other modern accounting tools.

The successful candidate will have AAT qualification, experience in a practice, and a natural desire to learn and develop within a collaborative, supportive environment that values input from all team members.

Qualifications

• Must be AAT qualified with experience in an accountancy practice.
• Experience preparing year-end accounts and personal tax returns.
• Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Desire to learn and develop within a close-knit firm.

Responsibilities

• Prepare year end accounts and management accounts.
• Prepare personal tax returns and liaise with clients.
• Use accounting software such as Xero and other tools as required.
