Pilot Assessments is recruiting A320 Captains for permanent positions based in Newcastle, delivering easyJet’s reliable, low-cost short‑haul service. You will command A320 family aircraft from the left seat, uphold the highest safety standards and lead a professional cockpit environment to ensure a great customer experience.

Joining requires UK CAA licences and English proficiency, with a focus on safety, integrity and career progression within a supportive operations team.

Qualifications

• Valid A320 Type Rating at joining.
• Minimum 4,000 total flying hours.
• Minimum 500 hours on the A320 family.
• Minimum 500 total PIC hours on jet aircraft >30 tonnes MTOW by induction.
• UK CAA Licence with a valid A320 LPC at induction.
• UK CAA Class 1 Medical.
• Minimum ICAO English Level 4.
• Right to live and work in the UK with unrestricted access across the UK, EEA and easyJet network.

Responsibilities

• Command A320 family aircraft from the left-hand seat on short-haul sectors.
• Maintain safety as the priority and uphold high operational standards.
• Exercise sound judgement and leadership to ensure safe, efficient and on-time performance.
• Create a professional cockpit environment and deliver a great customer experience.
• Complete the standard OCC on joining and maintain currency in line with company procedures.
