Salary: £27,557.36 - £28,868.44, Pro-rated £23,782.31 - £24,913.79. Post qualification £27,557.36 - £34,763.25 Pro-rated £23,782.31 - £30,001.08

Job Details

We are recruiting a Trainee Specialist SEND Assessor to join the Learning Support team at Gloucestershire College. In this role, you will train towards the Level 7 Exam Assessors Qualification while supporting learners with additional needs such as dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, autism, and visual stress.

Working one-to-one with students, you will assess access arrangement requirements and ensure tailored support is in place, particularly for those with EHCPs, medical needs, or centre-delegated exam arrangements. During your training, you will develop the skills to carry out assessments and complete documentation in line with statutory guidelines.
