About the role

Support with writing up support plans ensuring person-centred care is provided.

Mentoring new staff when they start

Respecting the dignity and privacy of our customers

Dedicated administration time each week to assist the Team Leader with the compliance of the service

On-Call responsibilities - currently one week on and one week off (extra £75 per week whilst on call)

Fixed two week rolling rota

About you

Previous experience of working in care

You will hold (or be working towards) a QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

Available to work shifts between the hours of 7am and 10pm including working every other weekend

A naturally kind, patient and compassionate person, able to put a smile on clients faces.

Timekeeping skills are paramount, clients like to know they can rely on you, taking the time to listen and understand them but also ensure all tasks are complete.

A driving licence and your own vehicle are essential due to individuals we support and the distance between them.

£500 welcome bonus on successful completion of your probationary period.

Double time on bank holidays and an extra £1 per hour on weekends.
