Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and driven A&R Sales Executive to join our team remotely as a freelance (self-employed) member. You will discover and nurture new musical talent, helping them navigate their PR journeys. A love for music is essential; familiarity with the music industry is preferred but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and source new artists using platforms like Spotify, YouTube, and social media.
  2. Set up and execute initial pitches to artists, showcasing our PR services.
  3. Close deals with artists, labels, and managers.
  4. Manage artist relationships, guiding them through the PR process.
  5. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with artists.
  6. Coordinate with team members to ensure effective service delivery.
  7. Manage CRM systems and keep records up-to-date.
  8. Stay informed about trends in press, radio, playlisting, and TikTok.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for music
  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales, preferably in lead generation and prospecting
  • Excellent project management and attention to detail
  • Resilience and ability to handle rejection
  • Ability to set and follow your own routines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
