Job Description:

We are looking for a committed Registered Service Manager to oversee operations at an excellent residential service in Newport, Wales. The home is close to the city center and residents participate in how the home is run.

Qualifications required include a QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification such as NVQ Level 4 in Health and Social Care and Leadership and Management in Care Services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individuals with opportunities for development
  • Maintaining a person-centered approach to care

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Experience managing a team in a Learning Disability Service
