Job Description:

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Support Worker to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Wroxham, Norwich area. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers.

This nursing home offers nursing and dementia care, with a warm and homely, person-centred approach from a stable and professional team.

Requirements: NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.

Key duties include:

• Be an essential part of the team, promoting well-being and providing high-quality care to residents.
• Assist with daily tasks, including personal care, support with hygiene, outings, and companionship.
• Encourage independence and support vulnerable individuals with routines and activities.
• Ensure accurate record keeping at all times.

Preferred skills and experience:

• Genuine desire to care for others.
• Good team player.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of £12.00 per hour, totaling approximately £22,464 per annum. This is a permanent full-time position for 36 hours per week. Benefits include:
