A fantastic new job opportunity has become available for a committed Hospitality Manager to work in an amazing care home based in Altrincham, Greater Manchester. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers.

This care home specializes in general & dementia nursing, residential, and respite care for the elderly.

To be considered for this position, you must have experience in Hospitality Management.

As the Hospitality Manager, your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a service experience aligned with our family vision and values, emphasizing compassion, empathy, and transparency.
  • Creating and maintaining a positive working environment fostering teamwork, continuous improvement, and high-quality service.
  • Ensuring residents receive exceptional experiences that meet and exceed their needs and expectations.
  • Managing the food service operation, collaborating with the executive chef on menu planning, preparation, and delivery of high-quality meals.
  • Developing and maintaining engaging activities tailored to residents' interests and needs, promoting health and wellness.
  • Maintaining a positive first impression experience for visitors and residents.
  • Overseeing housekeeping to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

The following skills and experience are preferred:

  • Excellent people management skills to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Understanding of first impressions and ensuring positive guest experiences.
  • Knowledge of food service operations, nutrition, and dietary requirements.
  • Understanding of older people's needs and developing engaging activities.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping, cleaning, hygiene, and infection control.
  • Budget management skills to control costs while maintaining quality.

The successful Hospitality Manager will receive a salary of £33,000 per annum. The position is full-time, working 40 hours a week from 9 am to 5 pm. Benefits include:
