Job Description:

An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a committed RMN or RNLD Nurse to work in an exceptional hospital clinic based in the Hertfordshire area. You will be working for one of UK’s leading healthcare providers.

This clinic offers CAMHS Tier 4 low secure services for young people with a wide range of disorders and complex needs.

To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Registered Nurse, either RMN or RNLD, with a current active NMC Pin.

As a Nurse, your key duties include:

  • Maintaining high quality in all areas of practice, including effective team working, using approaches such as codes of conduct, evidence-based practice, guidelines, legislation, protocols, policies, standards, and systems.
  • Improving services for service users, carers, and the organization, guided by current best practice.
  • Developing oneself and contributing to the development of others through structured approaches like appraisal, mentoring, and supervision, as well as informal methods.
  • Maintaining and promoting health, safety, and security for everyone in the organization or anyone who comes into contact with it.

  • A positive attitude, caring, and compassionate nature
  • A commitment to high-quality care, values, and evidence-based practice

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £33,000 – £38,000 per annum DOE. There are permanent vacancies for both day and night shifts. Benefits include:
