Job description
Listed below are details of the purpose of the job and what tasks are involved. It is important and advisable to refer to this when submitting your application for the post. I look forward to hearing from you. Once we have been in touch and swapped phone numbers, I would be grateful if you would keep in touch by phone rather than email, please as I cannot get online every day.

Job Purpose:
I am looking for a bank PA/Carer to provide cover for PAs annual leave and sickness. Regular hours are likely to be available in the future.
Paid training/induction will be provided by my present carer.
Please check the location before applying. If using public transport, the bus stop is about 5 minutes away from my home.

Location: NR15, Saxlingham Thorpe

Details:
I am looking for somebody who is non-judgmental and who would 'take me as you find me' please.

I enjoy my garden and watching birds outside. Due to limited energy, I do not manage to go out very often.

I am on a high protein diet, so I eat meat etc. Due to having a low immune system the advice is to avoid infections, so therefore hygiene is most important.

Domestic tasks – you will undertake some, not all of these, during your shift:
Meal preparation to stock up freezer with main meals/lunches etc.
Vacuuming/dusting of house, hygiene clean of kitchen and bathroom areas, mopping of floors, changing of bed linen and some assistance with hanging out washing, occasional ironing needed.
Weekly food shopping. Sometimes buying groceries from a specialist health food shop in Norwich city centre.

Help me with a small amount of computer tasks, i.e. emails and online shopping, by typing and using a mouse for me. Help with paperwork: e.g. filling in forms, telephone calls for advocacy support etc. Maybe helping to choose some clothes for me from charity shops, car boot sales or jumble sales, with information from me beforehand!

I also need an occasional lift to enable me to visit a friend near Dereham.
