Looking for a surveying role with real flexibility, no volume pressure, and a focus on quality over quantity?

This is the perfect opportunity for Surveyors who wants to deliver high-quality reports without the burnout of point-based or volume targets.

Our client is an established and growing residential surveying practice that values professionalism, attention to detail, and work-life balance. They’re now seeking qualified Building Surveyors to join their team on a part-time, field-based basis across the South-East.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Carrying out non-lender RICS Red Book valuations
  • Undertaking Level 2 & Level 3 residential surveys
  • Producing clear, professional reports in line with the RICS Home Survey Standard
  • Managing your own diary, clients, and workload with real autonomy
  • Maintaining RICS compliance and professional development

What You’ll Need:

  • AssocRICS, MRICS or FRICS qualified
  • Proven post-qualification experience
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
