Qualifications

• Experience in a Pharmacy environment (hospital, community, prison or primary care).
• NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent) is essential.
• A recognised dispensing qualification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medicines to support quick turnaround and discharge within A&E.
• Ensure medicines accompany patients on transfer from A&E to wards.
• Manage Omnicell cabinets, maintain stock levels and date checks.
• Support medicines optimisation and cost‑effective use of resources.
• Respond to urgent medicine requests from clinical staff.
• Assist in smooth running of the department and service delivery.
