Job summary

Cromwell Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced A&E nurse to join the North Wales team. The role involves providing direct care to patients in the A&E department, supporting rapid assessments and effective triage under pressure.

You will work across NHS trusts, benefit from flexible patterns, and receive support for revalidation and ongoing professional development. Must hold NMC registration and UK right-to-work.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
• Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in an acute hospital setting.
• Up-to-date mandatory training (e.g., BLS, Manual Handling, Infection Control).
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate, high-quality care to patients with urgent or life-threatening conditions.
• Work in fast-paced emergency departments delivering rapid assessments and stabilisation.
• Triage on arrival and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
• Administer treatments including IV fluids, medications, wound care, and resuscitation.
• Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with doctors and paramedics.
