An Outstanding NHS Trust in the UK is seeking a Band 6 leader for their Emergency Department. The role focuses on high-quality patient care, leadership in clinical settings, and requires at least two years of A&E experience. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated leader in our Emergency Department at South Warwickshire University Foundation Trust.

We are looking for a Band 6 leader to join our team to contribute towards our achievements and ensure safe and effective patient care. You will be expected to drive, deliver and develop best practice; you need to be motivated to aim for excellent care for all at all times.

A minimum of two years A&E experience is essential, along with a willingness to further develop your clinical and leadership skills.
The post holder will contribute to the development of the Emergency Department team and support the Head of Nursing and Clinical Lead Nurse in the delivery of a consistently high-quality and cost-effective service.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Hold a Diploma/Degree in Professional Nursing.
Be a first-level registered nurse with 2 years of experience in an acute medical setting.
Possess relevant post-basic education and experience, which should include a minimum of two years at Band 5.
Provide evidence of continuous personal and professional development.
Possess the aptitude and confidence for working within a rapidly changing environment.
Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
