Job Description:

Pulse Nursing is seeking experienced, dedicated registered A&E (Accident & Emergency) Nurses in the Bristol area.

Pulse offers a high demand for shifts at competitive rates, with a wide variety of temporary adhoc or block bookings across NHS Trusts in Bristol, with pay rates from £28.00 to £52.09.

A&E Nurses Responsibilities include:
  • Assessing and prioritising patient requirements, delegating effectively
  • Recognising, reviewing, and reporting patient condition changes to senior staff
  • Adhering to the NMC Code of Conduct
  • Taking blood, fitting cannulas, undertaking patient observations (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration, oxygen levels)
  • Resus treatment and triage
  • Minimum of 6 months recent A&E experience within the last 12 months
  • Valid 6-month NMC pin
  • Right to work in the UK (proof required)
  • Providing two professional references demonstrating A&E skills
  • An up-to-date CV covering the last 10 years
  • Copy of full immunisations for EPP clearance
