Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek new dealers.
• Organise sales network by territory.
• Collaborate to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Maintain knowledge of the full product portfolio through delivering company and product presentations.
• Focus on building a stable project pipeline.
• Monitor market and share sales leads with relevant colleagues.
• Communicate efficiently with management in a timely manner.
• Develop key relationships with high-end dealers and specifiers.
• Work both individually and with colleagues in the showroom and with A&D specifiers to achieve company objectives, targets, and goals.

Skills and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience within the luxury interiors industry.
• Efficient in using CRM systems.
• Contacts within the A&D industry.
• Ability to read architectural construction drawings and plans; knowledge of natural stones or wood design products is preferred.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with good planning abilities.
• Flexibility with working hours to attend events and meetings.
