Job Description:

Join a dedicated team in an exceptional care home based in Eye, Suffolk. The home is a purpose-built unit for residents with dementia, housed in a converted Victorian country house. Your key duties include:

• Promoting well-being and providing high-quality care to residents
• Assisting with personal care and daily activities
• Encouraging independence and supporting residents' routines
• Maintaining accurate records

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Genuine desire to care for others
• Team player
• Good communication skills
• Experience in a care setting

Compensation and Benefits:
