Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a qualified Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin to work as a Deputy/Clinical Lead Nurse in an exceptional care home. The home provides residential, nursing, and respite care for individuals with varying needs.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading a team of nursing staff to ensure high standards of care.
2. Promoting independence and dignity for residents.
3. Supporting quality improvements in line with CQC guidelines.
4. Creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
5. Supporting the Home Manager with daily operations.

Preferred skills and experience:

1. Experience managing a team and overseeing staff rotas.
2. Knowledge of quality and clinical governance, including audits.
3. Experience in care planning, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.
4. Proficiency in documentation and use of technology.
5. Ability to manage medicines according to policies and legislation.
6. Mentoring and guiding staff in line with the NMC Code.
7. Passion for delivering excellent care.
