Qualifications

  • Qualification obligatoire : Infirmier diplômé en médecine de la santé mentale (RMN).

Job Description:

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Ward Manager to work in an exceptional CAMHS service in the Charlwood, Surrey area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers.

This role involves managing a new general adolescent inpatient unit for young people aged 13 to 18.

To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as an RMN Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.

As the Ward Manager, your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to support a unified service and engaged workforce
  • Ensuring high standards are maintained and improved within the Clinical Governance framework
  • Utilising and supervising all nursing staff effectively
  • Being an expert resource on nursing care within the specialism and playing a key role in the multidisciplinary team
  • Maintaining a positive and collaborative environment to enable ward members to reach their potential and provide high-quality care, staff welfare, and training
  • Taking charge of the ward when designated

  • A positive attitude with a caring and compassionate nature
  • A commitment to high-quality care, values, and evidence-based practice
  • Relevant experience in a similar environment
  • Proven leadership skills

The successful Ward Manager will receive a salary of up to £55,000 per annum DOE. This is a permanent, full-time role working 37.5 hours a week. Benefits include:
