  • Locations: Quadrant Court, Woking GU22 7QQ, and Woodhatch Place, Reigate RH2 8EF
  • Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
  • Salary: £55,877 - £62,626 per annum (including 5% Fringe HCAS), pro-rata
Role Summary

The post is based within the Family Safeguarding Service, managed by the Lead Clinical Psychologist, working alongside social workers and other professionals to support families with high-risk parenting issues. The role involves providing specialist psychological assessments and interventions, supervising team members, and contributing to service development.

Responsibilities
  • Adhere to professional codes of conduct
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of adults with mental health difficulties
  • Provide specialist psychological interventions and support
  • Ensure clinical effectiveness through audits and research
  • Supervise and support other team members in psychological therapies
Candidate Requirements
  • Doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology or equivalent
  • HCPC registration as a Psychologist
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle for community work
  • Proven experience working with adults/parents with mental health difficulties
  • Knowledge of psychotherapy models and relevant policies
