Practice Plus Group's Integrated Urgent Care division is seeking a Recruiter for an 8-month fixed-term contract. You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR, shaping the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple locations to attract, engage and hire top talent for high-quality healthcare services.

You will build talent pipelines, craft sourcing strategies, and enhance the employer brand through campaigns and online engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recruitment service across assigned vacancies.
• Manage recruitment activity from attraction through to selection.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
• Promote Practice Plus IUC as an employer of choice.
