Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Part-Time, Job Share, Flexible Working options available.

Salary: Starting at £26,475 with potential for annual pay progression.

Job Description & Responsibilities

This operational role involves supervising work groups of offenders serving community sentences, including driving service vehicles, ensuring safety, and maintaining discipline. Responsibilities include conducting inductions, risk assessments, promoting community engagement, and supporting offenders' rehabilitation and skill development. The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, and a full UK Manual Driving Licence is mandatory.

Qualifications & Experience
  • UK Manual Driving Licence – Category D1 Minibus
  • Experience of practical skills and supervising people constructively
