Job summary

JLL in Derby invites applications for an Executive Hospitality Supervisor to lead a small team and ensure 7-star service across Duffield Bank House. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, training, and operational excellence, reporting to the Executive Host Manager.

Based at Duffield Bank House, the position runs 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday) with flexible hours, including occasional evenings and overnight stays to accommodate events for Rolls-Royce executives and guests.

Qualifications

• Extensive hospitality and/or customer service experience.
• Customer-centric service style.
• Experience managing or supervising teams.
• Strong communication and cultural awareness.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a small team of Executive hosts to support the daily running of the sites.
• Supervising the facility operations including maintenance, conference facilities, security procedures and health and safety
• Flexible working hours including evening work with some overnight stays
• Driving a working Health and Safety culture
• Ensuring a high standard of cleaning, catering and maintenance. Escalate issues as needed
• Be adaptable to change and operate on a flexible rota
• Host high profile guests with discretion and maintain a 7* service
• Support logistics of customer visits
• Manage bookings with working knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Understand and work within client strategies, policies and procedures
• Provide VIP service including concierge and service
• Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders
• Ensure AV/IT systems are in working order daily
• Form Duty Manager to ensure safety and operational management
• Support emergency procedures as required
• Lead by example to drive customer-centric service
• Record and track customer preferences
• Run on-the-job training sessions to improve service standards
• Develop ways to improve service or guest satisfaction through innovation
