Job Description:

My client, a fast-growing global retailer, is looking to hire a 6-12+ PQE ESG Lawyer or Commercial Lawyer with ESG experience to join their legal team in West London.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, this is a unique opportunity to join this expanding company at an exciting time. Responsibilities include:

• Advising on legal, governance, and ethical issues
• Supporting sustainability and ESG reporting compliance
• Advising on product compliance
• Drafting and reviewing ESG-related commercial contracts
• Collaborating with senior stakeholders on ESG and regulatory matters

The ideal candidate will have 6-12 years' PQE as a Commercial Litigator or Regulatory Lawyer, with ESG experience, either from a leading law firm looking to move in-house or already in-house advising on ESG and regulatory issues. Alternatively, a commercial lawyer with ESG expertise will also be considered.
