Job summary

Tempur Sealy International is seeking an experienced transport driver for the UK head office role based in Hayes, Middlesex. Qualifications

• Full clean 7.5T licence is imperative.
• CPC ready - Essential
• Prior delivery experience required
• The role will be 55 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Driver would be responsible for loading at Tempur and delivering to retailer warehouses and shops
• Occasional home delivery may be required which could include bed building
• Nights out will be required weekly. 1, 2 or 3 nights depending on delivery locations
• Driver responsible for cleaning inside and outside of Tempur truck
• Work effectively as part of the team to be able to communicate effectively at all levels responding positively and within acceptable time scales to internal and external customer requests.
• Maintain all service levels and achieve targets by utilising all resources including a contingency for unexpected events.
• Respond positively and within acceptable time scales (2 hours) to internal and external customer requests
• Ensure that all the drivers time directive is adhere to
• Maintaining your vehicle appearance
• Ad hoc duties as and when required
