Qualifications

• Holds a valid driver's license (C1 or above) with DQC and Tacho.
• Maximum of 6 points on the license with no bans.
• Friendly and motivated with a commitment to customer service.

To deliver customers’ products to the required premises ensuring all customers receive exceptional customer service as part of a multi-drop delivery route. The driver will ensure that all products are transported safely to the customers’ premises, treating their freight as if it were their own.

Key responsibilities

• Represent DX in a professional manner at all times
• Drive vehicles in a safe and legal manner ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements at all times
• Undertake all daily checks, report defects immediately, and complete correct paperwork
• Ensure all products are scanned using DX scanning equipment
• Load deliveries safely prior to leaving the depot
• Observe DX procedures and policies at all times
• Manage routing to ensure timely and premium deliveries
• Use and maintain all required equipment and PPE properly
• Report delivery and on-road issues to the traffic office immediately
• Deliver products in excellent condition and handle customer issues politely and effectively
• Make collections as instructed and on time
• Hold a valid C1 or above license with DQC and Tacho card
• Have a maximum of 6 points on license and no bans
• Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and building rapport with customers
