Job Description: Delivery Driver

Join our team as a delivery driver responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of products to customers' premises, providing exceptional customer service along the way. You will handle freight with care, adhering to safety and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Represent DX professionally at all times
2. Drive vehicles safely and legally, complying with all regulations
3. Perform daily vehicle checks, report defects, and complete necessary paperwork
4. Use DX scanning equipment to scan all products
5. Load deliveries safely prior to departure
6. Follow DX procedures and policies consistently
7. Manage routing to meet delivery timeframes and service levels
8. Ensure all equipment and PPE are in good condition and used properly
9. Report delivery and road issues immediately to the traffic office
10. Deliver products in excellent condition and handle customer issues politely
11. Make collections as instructed and on schedule
12. Hold a valid C1 or higher license, DQC, and Tacho card; maximum of 6 points on license and no bans
13. Take pride in delivering outstanding customer service and building rapport with customers
