Iron Mountain is currently looking for 7.5T Logistics Drivers to join our team in Livingston.

You will deliver and collect clients’ information to and from multiple locations across the UK, so good customer service skills are essential. Full use of computer systems is required to ensure security and accuracy. A good level of physical fitness is necessary due to lifting large amounts of data (boxed, packaged, or bagged), as well as walking up and down stairs.

Key Accountabilities

• Ensure data security and maintain the chain of custody at all times.
• Provide 'best in class' service to customers consistently.
• Adhere to scheduled routes and delivery/collection times.
• Manually lift large amounts of data safely and securely.
• Maintain vehicle presentation and perform routine checks including refuelling, cleaning, defect checks, and safe driving practices.
• Complete all company processes accurately, including obtaining customer signatures, logging, and vehicle inspections.
• Comply with drivers’ hours legislation applicable in the UK or EU.
• Follow health & safety, security, and accident prevention policies.
• Adhere to Iron Mountain’s “Drivers Code of Conduct”.

Qualifications

• Valid, clean driving licence with at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Good understanding of driving regulations.
• Experience in customer service.
• Ability to operate basic functions on handheld computers.
• Previous driving experience in a similar role.
