Job summary

A leading driving agency is seeking experienced HGV drivers to work in Bedford and Huntingdon. Candidates must hold a full UK manual licence with 7.5t entitlement and a CPC & Tacho Card. Responsibilities include safe driving and delivery of materials to various customers across southern England. The position offers competitive hourly rates and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• No more than 6 points on your Licence.
• Be prepared for manual handling and heavy lifting tasks.

Overview

We are looking for experienced 7.5t C1 HGV truck drivers to work at a number of our prestigious customers based in and around Bedford and Huntingdon.

As a HGV Driver you must

• Full UK manual licence with 7.5t entitlement.
• Full CPC & Tacho Card.
• No more than 6pts on your Licence
• Have good customer service and good communication skills
• Be prepared for manual handling and heavy lifting tasks.
• Previous experience preferred.

HGV Driver responsibilities include

Driving vehicles in a safe and compliant manner whilst delivering various materials and supplies to customers based all over the south of England. Deliveries vary depending on the Customer. You will be responsible for safe deliveries demonstrating professionalism at all times. Previous experience is preferred. Start time is between 0500hrs & 0800hrs start. Monday - Friday.

This position is commutable from Bedford, Ampthill, Kempston, St Neots, Huntingdon, St Ives and other areas commutable to Bedford.
