Job summary

Currys plc in Scotland is seeking a 7.5T Delivery & Install Driver to join our Glasgow Customer Service Centre in Cumbernauld. You will deliver and install large household appliances and tech, working with a partner to move and position items in customers’ homes.

Role requires a Class C1 licence, CPC card ( Tachograph card a plus ), and a passion for customer service. We offer comprehensive training, a competitive pension, and a supportive team environment with a 5 over 8 days shift pattern.

Qualifications

• A full Class C1 UK licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• CPC card (and ideally Tachograph card).
• A passion for delivering great customer service.
• To be comfortable working in a practical, physical role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the right products to the right customers, on time.
• Install a range of household appliances and tech safely and professionally.
• Work as part of a 2-person team to move and position large items.
• Use equipment such as tail lifts, sack barrows and lifting aids to work safely.
• Drive a multi-drop route and keep everything running smoothly.
• Create a positive, friendly experience every time you step into a customer’s home.
