Job summary

Currys in Carlisle is seeking a 7.5T Delivery & Install Driver to join our busy Delivery & Install team. You\'ll deliver and install large appliances and tech, working as part of a two-person crew, typically handling around 25 deliveries a day with several installations.

The role includes using tail lifts and lifting aids, maintaining safety, and delivering a friendly customer experience. A full Class C1 licence (max 6 points), CPC, and a passion for service are essential; training and a

Qualifications

• A full Class C1 UK licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• CPC card (and Tachograph card ideally).
• A passion for delivering great customer service.
• Comfortable working in a practical, physical role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the right products to the right customers, on time.
• Install a range of household appliances and tech safely and professionally.
• Work as part of a 2-person team to move and position large items.
• Use equipment such as tail lifts, sack barrows and lifting aids to work safely.
• Drive a multi-drop route and keep everything running smoothly.
• Create a positive, friendly experience every time you step into a customer’s home.
