Job summary

A leading logistics company is seeking a reliable 7.5T Delivery Driver for full-time positions across Central Scotland. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to punctuality. You will be responsible for timely deliveries, loading and unloading goods, and maintaining a high level of customer service and paperwork accuracy.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year 7.5T driving experience preferred.
Good level of physical fitness required.
Knowledge of local and national routes beneficial.

Responsibilities

Delivering goods to commercial or residential clients in a timely manner.
Completing all relevant paperwork accurately.
Carrying out routine vehicle checks and reporting any issues.

Base pay range

Role: 7.5t Delivery Driver - Self Employed

Hours: Full Time including Weekends

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Indefinite/ 6 days per week

Location: Deliveries across Central Scotland

Overview

We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced 7.5T Delivery Drivers to join our dedicated logistics team. If you take pride in your driving, are punctual, and have a strong customer focus, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering goods to commercial or residential clients in a timely and professional manner
Loading and unloading goods (manual handling will be involved)
Completing all relevant paperwork accurately and efficiently
Carrying out routine vehicle checks and reporting any issues
Providing excellent customer service on every delivery

Requirements

Full UK driving licence with Category C1 entitlement
Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
A good level of physical fitness
Knowledge of local and national routes is beneficial
Strong communication and organisational skills
A minimum of 1 year] 7.5T driving experience preferred
Able to pass Criminal Records Check
