Job description

Driver Hire Leeds West are on the lookout for reliable 7.5T drivers to join our team. You'll be working with a well-known international parcel company, doing local deliveries and collections in the local area. If you've got experience driving 7.5T vehicles and enjoy a job that keeps you on the move, this could be a great fit for you!

What's the job like?
You'll be out on the road, delivering and collecting parcels - around 30 drops a day - using a PDA to track deliveries and ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll need to plan your route efficiently, stick to deadlines, and give great customer service at every stop.

What you'll be doing:

• Making local deliveries & collections (approx. 30 drops a day)


• Using a PDA to scan and track parcels


• Representing our client in a professional and friendly manner


• Keeping your route organised and making sure deliveries arrive on time

What we need from you:

• 7.5T licence (C1), CPC, and Digi Tacho card


• Ideally, some multi-drop experience (but don't worry if you're new to it, we can help)


• Knowledge of the area, or at least a good sense of direction


• A friendly, customer-focused attitude - you'll be dealing with clients directly


• A good level of fitness for lifting and handling parcels
