Job summary

DPD UK is hiring a 7.5 Tonne Collection and Delivery Driver for local routes with a Monday–Friday schedule. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer service as you manage 40–50 stops daily and use Saturn handheld devices to track deliveries.

You will hold a C1 licence with DQC/CPC accreditation, plus preferred 6 months of recent 7.5 Tonne driving experience. Autonomy, strong organization, and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success.

Qualifications

• A valid 7.5 Tonne (C1) licence and DQC/CPC accreditation.
• Ideally 6 months recent driving experience handling 7.5 Tonne vehicles.
• Physically fit, customer-focused and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 7.5 Tonne vehicle on local routes with safety and efficiency.
• Use Saturn handheld devices to track deliveries and progress.
• Provide friendly, professional service at each drop-off.
• Load and unload parcels using appropriate equipment to avoid injury.
