Driver Hire Norwich - 7.5 Tonne Driver Role

We are currently recruiting 7.5 Tonne drivers to work with a prestigious client in Norwich.

The Role:

You will be delivering household goods on behalf of our client to customers' homes. The role involves handling large two-man items such as sofas, white goods, sports equipment, furniture, beds, and mattresses. You must be presentable and customer-facing. An induction will be provided before your start date. This is ongoing temporary work. Deliveries must be completed safely and efficiently, with proper paperwork and adherence to health and safety regulations. Accurate recording of driving and working hours is required.

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday: Morning shift 06:00-17:00, Afternoon shift 10:30-21:30
• Saturday: Morning shift 06:00-17:00, Afternoon shift 07:00-18:00

Requirements:

• Full UK 7.5 Tonne Driving Licence
• Current CPC and Digital Tacho card
• Held C1 licence for at least 1 year (preferred)
• No more than 6 points on your licence and no CD, IN, DD, or DR endorsements
• Excellent knowledge of Driving Hours and WTR regulations
• Minimum PPE: Steel-toe caps, Hi-Vis clothing, Hard hat
