Job summary

Vanta Staffing are recruiting a 7.5 Tonne Driver to work for our client based in Colnbrook, near Heathrow. This is a temporary role completing multi-drop deliveries, with approximately 5-10 drops per day and early starts.

You will work Monday to Friday with start times around 05:00, carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring goods are delivered safely while maintaining a professional approach with customers.

Qualifications

• Valid C1 driving licence.
• CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
• Reliable, professional and customer focused.
• Previous 7.5 tonne driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete approximately 5-10 deliveries per day.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks.
• Load/unload and ensure goods are delivered safely.
• Complete relevant delivery paperwork.
• Communicate professionally with customers.
• Complete allocated routes safely and efficiently.

Requirements of a 7.5 Tonne Driver:

• Previous 7.5 tonne driving experience preferred


• Confident completing multi-drop deliveries


• Valid C1 driving licence


• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card


• No more than 6 points on your licence (no DR or IN convictions)


• Reliable, professional and customer focused

Details:

Pay: £16.00 per hour PAYE

Hours: Monday to Friday

Start time: 05:00

Drops: Approximately 5-10 per day

Location: Colnbrook, near Heathrow

Duration: Temporary
