Job summary

DPD UK is seeking a reliable 7.5 Tonne Delivery Driver to manage a local route with about 40–50 stops daily. You will handle loading, timing, and safe delivery while using Saturn handhelds to track progress and maintain high service standards.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 08:30 to 17:00, with a pay rate of £16.05 per hour plus enhanced overtime. DPD emphasises growth, sustainability, and employee wellness programs for you and your family.

Qualifications

• Valid 7.5 Tonne (C1) licence with DQC/CPC accreditation required.
• Experience driving 7.5 Tonne vehicles preferred.
• Ability to navigate local routes safely and efficiently.

• Master the Tech: No paper maps here. You'll use our industry-leading Saturn handheld devices. It's basically your mission control for tracking progress, managing deliveries, and staying ahead of the game.
• The Main Character Energy: You're the friendly face our customers see every day. Whether it's a quick "hello" or a helpful drop-off, your energy defines the DPD experience.
• The Hustle: You'll be loading and unloading parcels, using high-end gear like sack barrows and hand trucks to handle the heavy lifting safely. Think of it as a paid workout while you're on the move.
