DPD UK is seeking a reliable, tech-savvy 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our team in Kinmel Bay, Wales. You’ll own a local delivery route, handle 40–50 stops a day, and ensure outstanding service with every drop-off.

You’ll rely on Saturn handheld devices to optimise routes and track progress, delivering packages safely and professionally. This permanent role offers a clear career path, a structured shift from 09:00 to 17:30, and a benefits package including health and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• A valid 7.5 Tonne (C1) licence and DQC/CPC accreditation.
• Ideally 6 months recent driving experience handling 7.5 Tonne vehicles.
• Professional, approachable and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically active with lifting involved and comfortable with the workload.

Responsibilities

• Drive the 7.5 Tonne vehicle on local routes with 40–50 stops per day.

With around 40 - 50 stops a day, you’ll be the ultimate problem-solver, navigating your community and making life easier for our customers. Your role is vital in providing a service that genuinely makes a difference to our customers.

• Drive the Vibe: Get behind the wheel of a 7.5 Tonne vehicle. You’ll be cruising local routes, keeping it safe, professional, and efficient.
• Master the Tech: No paper maps here. You’ll use our industry-leading Saturn handheld devices. It’s basically your mission control for tracking progress, managing deliveries, and staying ahead of the game.
• The Main Character Energy: You’re the friendly face our customers see every day. Whether it’s a quick "hello" or a helpful drop-off, your energy defines the DPD experience.
• The Hustle: You’ll be loading and unloading parcels, using high-end gear like sack barrows and hand trucks to handle the heavy lifting safely. Think of it as a paid workout while you're on the move.
