Job summary

Class 1 Personnel in Glasgow is recruiting a 7.5-tonne driver to join a dedicated logistics team. You will operate safely, perform pre-trip checks, plan routes, and deliver goods on time while working as part of a supportive crew.

We are currently recruiting a 7.5 tone Driver to work for our client.

The Role

As a 7.5 tone driver you'll be reporting to the Team Leader, you will work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new situations on a daily basis. This is a physically and mentally demanding role that requires reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.

Shifts:

Average 9-10 hour shifts, days and night shifts available

Key Responsibilities

• Safe and legal operation of a lorry
• Conducting pre-trip vehicle checks
• Ensuring loads are secure
• Planning efficient delivery routes
• Adhering to drivers' hours and road regulations
• Delivering goods to specified locations on time

Requirements
