ClinChoice is seeking a Senior/Principal Statistician Consultant - Onco Late Phase to join our team.

ClinChoice is a global full-service CRO emphasizing quality, professional development, and a supportive culture. This client-facing role requires confident candidates capable of working independently while fostering a high-trust relationship with the client’s team.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
  1. Develop protocols including study design, sample size calculation, randomization, and statistical analysis plans for assigned studies.
  2. Provide statistical oversight to ensure quality and adherence to project requirements.
  3. Ensure data completeness, accuracy, and consistency for statistical analyses.
  4. Prepare statistical analysis plans and ensure timely, accurate statistical input into reports and decisions.
  5. Validate analysis methods and explore alternative strategies as needed.
  6. Demonstrate extensive understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies, identifying and correcting flaws in scientific reasoning and interpretation.
  7. Ensure accuracy and consistency of statistical tables, figures, data listings, report texts, and summaries.
  8. Lead the statistical methods section of reports, correcting common flaws and ensuring consistency and adherence to guidelines.
  9. Mentor peers on statistical methodology and provide training to less experienced statisticians.
  10. Manage statistician activities across projects, coordinating assignments and reviewing work to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Education and Experience:
  1. MS or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field; PhD with 4-5 years or MS with 7-8 years of experience.
  2. Strong communication skills, both oral and written, for effective internal and client interactions.
  3. Understanding of statistics, drug development, and FDA regulations.
  4. Experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry with clinical trials, including interactions with regulatory agencies like the FDA.
