Hours: 9am-6pm

Job Description:

The Audience Network team at Meta works with high potential mobile app & game developers to help them scale their businesses sustainably. Our mission is to bring Meta’s targeted, quality ads to millions of developers worldwide.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the global Audience Network brand in-market. The role involves planning and executing re-branding and GTM strategies, including ideation, content creation, event planning, and measurement. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how our business and products are represented globally. The position is a CW role, requiring in-office work in London.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute marketing strategies for Audience Network aligned with product and business goals.
  • Ensure positive brand presence and recall globally.
  • Create and deploy content and marketing materials (articles, presentations, playbooks) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Plan and execute Meta Audience Network’s owned and sponsored events, collaborating with Global Commercial and Partnerships teams.
  • Manage strategic and logistical planning for events, conferences, and industry moments.
  • Adapt projects quickly to product changes and communicate strategically to stakeholders.
  • Partner with third parties to implement marketing strategies.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage social channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, and blogs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong virtual presence, excellent communication skills, and high attention to detail.
  • Proven success in executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Ability to collaborate with third parties and cross-functional teams, leading complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels.
  • BA/BS degree or higher.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience and expertise in Digital Marketing.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Strategy, GTM messaging, and collateral design.
  • Experience in Mobile Gaming/AdTech industry.
  • Performance marketing and/or brand advertising experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with storytelling ability.
