MCC Label in Daventry, Northamptonshire is seeking an Inspection Operative to join our warehouse team. You will inspect labels for defects, set up slitter units, and manage the slitting, rewinding, and packing of finished jobs with accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Inspect labels for defects with precision.
• Set up and operate multiple slitter units.
• Slice rolls using scissors, tape, or splicing tables per specs.
• Run jobs through slitting and rewinding processes.
• Pack finished jobs with proper documentation (COC, packing list, labels).
• Maintain rewinder.
• Set up and monitor 100% visual inspection systems.
• Follow all SOPs and quality standards.
• Hit daily KPI’s set by Inspection Lead.
