Job summary

Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology is seeking a Contract Materials Handler in Severn Beach, Bristol, for a 6-month assignment. You will move materials from goods inwards to issuing goods outwards, ensuring accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include receiving, reconciling deliveries, putting away stock, picking and kitting for production, and maintaining stock records with cycle counts. You will work on rotating shifts as advised by the Team Leader.

Qualifications

• English and Maths to numeracy and literacy.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials, reconcile to delivery notes & book in.
• Put away materials, ensuring items are correctly labelled and stored.
• Accurately pick and convey kitting requirements and prepare goods for production.
• Maintain stock accuracy with data entry, conduct cycle counts and report stock variations.
• Provide cover to the Packing team during absences and busy periods.
