Job description

MCS Group are proud to be partnered with a well-known machinery company to recruit a Electrical Engineer/ Technician.

You will play a crucial part in maintaining and servicing the electrical equipment, ensuring it meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Carry out the routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on electrical equipment and generators.
• The installation and testing of generator sets for various applications.
• Diagnoses and trouble shoot electrical and mechanical faults.
• Provide technical support and excellent customer service to customers.
• Conduct on-site servicing and repairs throughout Ireland.
• Ensure all job and service records are completed accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Essential Criteria

• Relevant electrical/electronic qualification, with extensive electrical knowledge.
• Mechanical skills, with experience in hydraulics and mechanics.
• Previous experience in an industrial setting or working with generators.
• Previous experience in control panel building
• Full clean driving license
