Our client, a highly successful and award-winning Specialist Multi Academy Trust, is seeking four enthusiastic Core Subject Teachers to join their dedicated and growing team in Missenden, Buckinghamshire. Serving children and young people aged 4 to 19 with ASC (Autism Spectrum Condition) and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) needs, this Trust is known for its inclusive ethos, therapeutic approach, and outstanding educational outcomes.
About the Role:
As a Core Subject Teacher, you will plan and deliver high-quality lessons in English, Maths, Science or Humanities, differentiated to meet the individual learning and emotional needs of your students. You will be instrumental in helping pupils build confidence, develop life skills, and make measurable academic and personal progress.
Working closely with therapists, pastoral teams, and experienced SEND professionals, you will be supported to create a positive, structured learning environment that enables every child to thrive.

What They're Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong subject specialism in English, Maths, Science, or Humanities
Experience or strong interest in working with students with SEMH and/or ASC
High expectations, strong classroom management, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils
A trauma-informed, nurturing approach to behaviour and engagement
Commitment to inclusive education and a belief that all children can achieve with the right support
